Hi, I’m
a dedicated facilitator, trainer, and nearly graduated psychologist with a vision: to empower every willing woman on this planet. At 25, I bring a unique blend of fresh perspectives and meaningful experience to my work. Over the past year, I’ve been leading transformative women’s circles, drawing from my background as a trainer and my studies in psychology to help women uncover their own strength and wisdom.
My approach is both intuitive and grounded. My vision is to create safe, empowering spaces where women can release limiting beliefs, rediscover their inner power, and take steps toward their goals with clarity and confidence. Whether in a circle or one-on-one setting, I strive to foster connection, self-discovery, and personal growth.
My calling is to celebrate each other and ourselves in these circles, it truly is a celebration of being alive and I feel honored to be able to facilitate these circles.

Bij Marise heb ik een 1 – op – 1 cacao ceremonie meegemaakt. Ze had deze persoonlijk op maat gemaakt door de documenten en muziek op mij aan te passen. Het was een heel bijzondere ervaring. Dit kwam omdat ik dacht dat ik tijdens de ceremonie met persoonlijke thema’s aan de slag zou gaan. Dat was mijn verwachting. Ik heb me door Marise laten leiden en gewoon gedaan wat ze voorstelde en tot mijn verrassing ging de hele cacao ceremonie voor mij toen over mijn bedrijf. Ik kreeg een paar waardevolle inzichten. De muziekkeuze was prachtig en ging van ontroerend, zeer emotioneel naar heel grappig en opgewekt, ik heb veel inzichten over mijn bedrijf kunnen ontvangen!
